Current and past projects
Eco-town and train station
We are delighted to announce our role as general project managers for a groundbreaking eco-development featuring 3,500 new homes, a new railway station, transport hub, school, trades training academy, medical center, and shops. This eco-friendly initiative includes the creation of more than 40 acres of filtration reed beds to effectively remove phosphates. Spanning an estimated 10 years, this ambitious project is projected to cost over USD $670 million (GBP £500m, Euro €575m). We look forward to bringing this vision to life and contributing to an integrated, sustainable future and environment.

Antiques Centre
INIXUS was commissioned to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and develop a detailed business plan for a new business centre that would accommodate a variety of independent antiques traders. This centre would showcase a diverse range of antiques and collectibles, including furniture, jewellery, artwork, china, and pottery. Additionally, our team was tasked with preparing detailed costings to fit out the empty warehouse, ensuring a structured and financially viable proposal.

Road Haulage company
A start up road haulage corporation asked us to create a robust business plan that would enable them to confidentially approach investors and banks for investment funding and/or business loans. They have a very strong and experienced trucking team who know where they want the business to go but lacked business development knowledge having previously been employees rather than business owners. As part of our involvement, we undertook extensive competitor research, identifying niche markets that were under serviced which were targeted in the initial marketing thrust to swiftly gain a convincing industry foothold.

Flint House
An unusual brief, we were invited to arrange and manage the evaluation and inventory of a truly unique architectural gem—an elongated stepped wedge-shaped three-bedroom house, complete with a staff annexe, which was the RIBA House of the Year, nestled within a breathtaking 3,000-acre private estate. It was both a privilege and an honor to manage the process for this multi-award-winning property, which was being prepared for the arrival of a US-based entrepreneur taking an extended stay in the UK. We were delighted to have been part of this exceptional building's journey and contributing to its legacy.

New markets research
A UK based corporation, successfully operating within a clearly defined vertical market supplying biocide management equipment tasked us with researching alternative markets for their patented management systems. We are investigating a wide range of industries on a global scale, understanding where our client's systems might augment or replace existing processes, and even suggesting entirely new, more simple, streamlined and cost saving processes to protect workers and customers, and also animals in certain industries. This will lead us to preparing a detailed and comprehensive business plan over the coming months that will include cost and sales projections, global branding and marketing structure.
